About Grace

Grace is a Registered Physiotherapist who earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto after completing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University. She has completed continuing education in soft tissue release techniques and Bone Fit™ training for the assessment and treatment of individuals with osteoporosis.

Grace is passionate about helping people of all ages and activity levels move better, recover from injury, and achieve their goals. She treats a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, persistent pain, and age-related conditions such as arthritis and osteoporosis. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, returning to sport, managing a new injury, or simply looking to move with less pain, Grace is committed to developing an individualized treatment plan that aligns with your goals and lifestyle.

Her treatment approach combines hands-on manual therapy, individualized exercise prescription, movement analysis, and patient education to address the underlying cause of symptoms while empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery. Grace believes the best outcomes are achieved through a collaborative approach, equipping patients with the knowledge, confidence, and tools they need to succeed both in and out of the clinic.

Having participated in a variety of sports, including soccer, basketball, volleyball, and running, Grace understands the importance of staying active and enjoys helping patients return to the activities that matter most to them. Whether that’s competing in sport, keeping up with family, gardening, walking the dog, travelling, or completing everyday tasks with greater comfort and confidence.
