About Hailey
Hailey is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who recently graduated from the Master of Psychotherapy cohort in the Relational Psychotherapy Training Program at the University of Guelph.
Hailey primarily works with teens, adults and older adults presenting with concerns including, but not limited to, stress, burnout, perfectionism, sport performance, anxiety, depression and relationship challenges. Hailey’s approach is grounded in postmodern, collaborative practices, and is informed by narrative therapy and solution-focused therapy frameworks.
Hailey uses these philosophies to centre your strengths and your voice while exploring familial, peer and cultural relationships that inform your experience of the world. When in session with Hailey, you can expect warmth, humour, authenticity, and a genuine respect for every part of your experience.
Hailey’s hope is that through exploration and compassionate curiosity, you leave each session feeling just a little more connected to yourself. Hailey believes that having a felt sense of trust and safety in the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important elements of successful and meaningful therapy. If you would like to explore whether you and Hailey would be a good fit, you are welcome to schedule a 20-minute phone, video or in-person consultation.
