About Mackenzie
Mackenzie is a trauma-specialized yoga teacher, Ayurvedic practitioner, Energy worker, and mind–body mentor with an emphasis in women’s health, nervous system regulation, and holistic trauma recovery. She is passionate about supporting clients in transforming their struggles into purpose and finding meaning throughout the healing process.
Mackenzie invites gentle curiosity about the deeper roots of symptoms, helping clients understand their body’s wisdom and cultivating a willingness to explore healing at its source whenever possible. Her work blends Western and Eastern Arts & Sciences—including Psychology, Ecology, Meditation, Yoga, Medical Chi Gong, Ayurveda, Polyvagal Theory, Yoga Nidra.
She strategically and intuitively weaves these modalities into a beautifully integrated mosaic, merging ancient teachings with evidence-based approaches to support clients in reclaiming balance, reconnecting with their bodies, and stepping into their innate capacity for healing.
She specializes in supporting individuals navigating developmental trauma, cptsd/ ptsd, victims of violence, support workers and those living with chronic symptoms such as chronic pain, anxiety, cycle related disorders/ symptoms, migraine and ongoing mystery symptoms.
She is currently available for 1-1 Yoga as Therapy, Ayurvedic or Mind Body Mentoring sessions, Energy work treatments, and Private Group bookings.
